Sashell Hunnighan
Specializing in Neurodivergent Youth Development Through Faith, Movement, and Emotional Wellness
Sashell Hunnighan, M.S. Behavioral Health & Emotional Wellness Specialist | Advocate for Neurodivergent Youth.
Sashell Hunnighan is the founder of NoDiagnonsense LLC, a faith-based practice supporting neurodivergent youth through behavior modification sessions, emotional health coaching, and holistic movement-based care. With over 10 years of experience working with children on the autism spectrum, she blends ABA, psychology, fitness, and spiritual guidance to help children grow emotionally, physically, and confidently in who God created them to be.
She holds a Master's in Health Psychology from Grand Canyon University and is currently pursuing a PH.D. in General Psychology with a focus on performance psychology. Her work is a sacred tool for healing and expression.
Sashell is also the co-founder of Children of Light, a Christain nonprofit offering inclusive, joy-centered outings for youth. Her signature approach, the 3rs Method, "Release, Reground, Refuel", equips families with tools to manage behavior and emotions with grace, purpose, and peace.
